Calf Training

Okay so calf training
I'll give props to Chester​ for this last year. Lower limb development did a complete 180

You typically see a person bobbing up and down on the balls of their feet all the while not even putting stress on their calves.
Or
They use a light weight and shoot for 100+ reps
(This can be used but isn't necessarily the best method for all of your calf work)

Heavy weight low reps
Lyles recommendation for 5x5 straight leg then some extra sets of 10-15 reps bent leg is what really helps me

Controlled on the way up
Slight pause and flex
Controlled on the way down
Tap your heel at the bottom then back up

Some stretch intra set
Save that for after if you do it at all. The stretch os just going to limit overload, hence the reason i don't do them on a raised surface
